Purpose: To be the go-to person for customer facing technical support and to provide production with guidance using industry knowledge and standards, specifically in relation to cladding.

Scope: The candidate must be able to demonstrate they are able to work with and communicate at all levels with a wide range of stakeholders across all sectors, external sales support and team leaders. They must also have excellent technical product and application specific knowledge. They must have deep understanding of the industry and associated standards. The position is an internal role and involves taking inbound technical and sales calls and will need to work with External Sales for client face to face visits. The position involves being the go-to place for technical support and technical sign-off approvals. The role will require organizing/completing working drawings in both 2D and 3D. Candidates must be able to work with NPD to assist with technical/practical knowledge, as well as being able to write installation guides for new and existing products.

  • Provide technical product support to all areas of the business
  • Sign-off technical marketing assets
  • Provide sketches to help clients understand installation, either by hand or digital drawing platforms in 2D or 3D

Person Specification:

The competencies listed are appropriate to the Cladding Technical Product Manager role and are an illustration of the qualities that the Company requires: -

  • At least 3 years’ experience with rainscreen cladding
  • Excellent product & application technical knowledge
